The regular shipping time for tutu is 6 to 8 weeks. One tutu standard shipping rates is $60;
Due to the fact that our professional tutus are all custom-made to each dancer's measurements, no returns are accepted for custom made tutus. Our tutus are made based on measurement provided by customer. If it is approved that wrong fitting and damage was caused by Beyond Tutus, we will alter it for you. Beyond Tutus shares the shipping cost with you. Or you can submit return request up to seven days after your order is received. Return item should be unused and in original condition. It is customer's responsible for returning shipping cost. We will inspect the returning tutu. Service charge will be applied on any returning tutu. Please contact us with your questions and concerns.
Cancellation fee might be charged if the order has been processed.

Follow measurement chart and how to measure instruction, provide measurement in CENTIMETERS! Beyond Tutus will not be responsible for ill-fitting costumes or returns due to wrong measurements.
There might be minor variations in final product due to lace batch changes.
***ORDER ON TIME!
It generally takes 6-7 weeks to make a tutu, and additional weeks to be sent by EMS. Please place your tutu order as least 40 days in advance in order for us to have sufficient time to complete your order, comply with our quality standards and deliver to you on time! During competition season, Nutcracker, spring recitals and holidays, orders could take more than usual.
Rush order is available with $80.00 extra expedite service fee, it means your tutu order will have priority upon others and will be completed within 4-5 weeks plus additional shipping time. Please choose rush order shipping rate when check out.
Beyond Tutus will not be responsible for delays due to last minute ordering.
***CUSTOMS, IMPORT TAXES AND POSTAL SERVICE
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
Beyond Tutus is not responsible for delays, lost item caused by custom and postal system. We provide document showing proper form and label for shipping. Buyers should work with custom and postal system on lost or stolen parcels. We use EMS as carrier. Please let us know if you want a different carrier (extra charge may rise).
