This beautiful black and white platter tutu's bodice is constructed with eight pieces of stain with lace applique. Peplum with emborard trim over top layer of black embroidery lace.
Custom made,13 layers of scalloped tulle of the tutu, inner basque and string at back for extra support. V cut in the front and a nude insert.
